Enroll by Jan. 15, 2024 for coverage beginning Feb. 1, 2024.
Jan. 15, 2024 is the last day to enroll in coverage for 2024 unless you qualify for a special enrollment period.
You may be eligible to enroll for coverage in 2023 if you have a qualifying life event (e.g., marriage, divorce, you had a baby, lost coverage through your employer, etc.). Go to healthcare.gov to learn more about special enrollment periods.
Physicians Health Plan is owned by the University of Michigan Health (90%) and Covenant HealthCare (10%).
